At GRED Institute, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on course purchases.
1. Refund Eligibility
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
Course Cancellation
If a course is cancelled by GRED Institute, you will receive a full refund regardless of completion status.
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course and our support team cannot resolve them within 3 business days, you may request a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Course Completion
Refunds are not available if you have completed more than 20% of the course content or have already received a certificate of completion.
After 7 Days
Refund requests made after the 7-day window from purchase are not eligible for refund, except in cases of course cancellation by GRED Institute.
Bundle Purchases
For course bundles, refunds are calculated based on the bundle price. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
Promotional Courses
Courses purchased during special promotions or at significantly discounted prices may have different refund terms. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
Submit Request
Log in to your account, go to "My Courses", find the course you want to refund, and click on "Request Refund". Alternatively, contact our support team.
Provide Details
Include your order number, the course name, and a brief reason for the refund request. This helps us improve our services.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification about the status of your request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
Total time from request to funds in your account: 10-15 business days
5. Refund Method
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for purchase
- UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID
- Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account
- Digital Wallet: Refunded to the same wallet
If the original payment method is no longer available, we may offer alternative refund methods at our discretion.
6. Exceptions & Special Cases
Multiple Refund Requests
Users who frequently request refunds may be subject to additional review. We reserve the right to limit future refund eligibility for accounts with excessive refund requests.
Account Suspension
Upon refund approval, your access to the course will be immediately revoked. Any progress made will be lost, and certificates (if issued) will be invalidated.
Corporate/Group Purchases
For corporate or group purchases, refund policies may differ. Please refer to your enterprise agreement or contact our sales team for specific terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is denied and you believe this is an error, you can:
- Reply to the denial email with additional information
- Request a review by our customer success manager
- Escalate the matter through our formal complaint process
